As a history major myself (Anna), I love that our business aims to honor the past by preserving older homes where and when we can. Here are two photos at the right, taken this winter of 2021. We were able to purchase a charming, older Radial Hills home that had been in the same family for several decades. We are now renovating the 1904 home. It has “good bones” as we like to say, when the foundation and structure is in good shape! It was well-cared for by its owners over the years. And much to our delight, when the carpet in the master bedroom was pulled back, well-preserved wood flooring was revealed. Our contractor brought in his specialist to refinish the wood floors. In these images, you can see the newly stained floor in all its glory!   

North Omaha has so many older homes like this one, that just need a little TLC. We are honored to play a small part in preserving them for future generations.
