Who are we?

Anna Buys Houses is a local, Omaha-based real estate investment firm. Anna and her team focus on helping homeowners who need to sell their homes fast do just that. With no hassle.

What does it cost to work with us?

Nothing. There are no fees or commissions. We don’t list your home … we’re looking to actually buy your home ourselves. Plus, we even pay for all of the closing costs and other costs associated with the sale. Can’t beat that, right?

How does the process work?

First, we’ll give you a call to get a few more details about your house. Just the basic stuff, nothing fancy or complicated. Just enough info for us to know what we’re dealing with so we can make you a fair and fast all-cash offer.

Next, if you’re ready to have us buy your house based on our offer, we’ll get the paperwork going with one of Omaha’s trusted, neutral title companies. 

Lastly, (usually within a week, if you need it that fast) you’ll have the cash in your hand so you can move on with your life … and we’ll take the burdensome house off your hands.
